Your application is transferable to other properties listed on our site that match your budget and is valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
💡 Additional Information:
We accept rental assistance programs such as Section 8, HUD-VASH, and others.
Please contact us to confirm your eligibility and have all required documents ready.
We work with applicants who have lower credit scores or previous broken leases.
However, additional deposits and fees may apply depending on your situation.
📋 Standard Application Requirements:
Income: Must be at least 3x the monthly rent
Application Fee: $50.00 per adult (18+)
Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent
(Example: $1,000 rent = $1,000 deposit, both must be paid in full prior to move-in, regardless of the move-in date)
The first of the next month will be prorated rent, which will also be due.
Holding Policy: We can only hold a property for up to 14 days with a non-refundable deposit
Credit: Acceptable as long as there is no negative rental history judgements
Rental History: Must be clean.
If you have an eviction or broken lease but are approved, a double deposit will be required
Criminal History: Considered on a case-by-case basis
Pets: Not allowed in Multifamily properties.Considered on a case-by-case basis for single family residence. If approved, a $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.
Application Validity: Valid for 30 days and transferable to other eligible properties on our website
